This course is appropriate only for those who intend on injecting out of a proper office-based setting. Additionally, filler requires regular practice of both assessment and injection, so this is not for those who want a casual side business. Take our quiz to find out if this is right for you!Â
Yes! The Botox and Dermal Filler online portion of the course is pre-approved for CEs by the AANP. This activity is approved for 11.35 contact hours of continuing education by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners®. Activity ID# 24056642 and 24056657. This activity was planned in accordance with AANP Accreditation Standards and Policies. Please submit the course number provided on your certificate at the end of the course.Â
Yes, lunch is included. Please email if you have any allergies or specific diets so we can accommodate.
In the hand-on courses you will serve as each-other's models. You can choose to be injected with saline or tox during training. Saline is included in the price of the class, tox is $8/unit. Due to the delayed onset of tox, injecting with saline is often preferable for initial training. You may bring a model to perform cheek and lip filler injections if you do not want to be a model. We recommend being a model yourself and receive a great treatment as a part of your tuition! All dermal filler is included in the class- no additional charges for product.
Classes start at 9 am and finish by 4 pm.
